Summary
Business Analyst for a telecom operator project at Scalea. The role analyzes customer business needs, models business processes, designs and manages technical solutions for BSS systems (Billing, Online Charging, Order Management), and prepares requirements documentation using UML, SQL, Jira, and Confluence.
We are looking for a candidate for the Business Analyst position to join a telecom operator project.
Responsibilities
Analysis of the business needs of the internal/external customer, taking into account possible limitations and developing the solution architecture
Expert evaluation of the customer’s project documentation (briefs, concepts, etc.)
Agreement of requirements between the internal/external customer and other parties to the process
Design of technical solutions and managing their life cycle
Modeling of business processes and developing a solution model
Planning and organizing testing of solutions by the customer
Preparation of technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements), user instructions
Preparation of orders within the company for performing work on IT platforms
Requirements
Higher education
Experience as a business or system analyst in IT projects for at least 5 years
Experience in telecom with Billing, Online Charging, Order Management systems
Understanding REST architecture, basics of DBMS
Professional knowledge of UML notation
Experience working with Jira, Confluence
Strong skills in working with SQL queries
Analytical thinking, ability to formalize and document business requirements within the framework of a project/task
Upper Intermediate or Advanced English level
