Business Analyst
Description
Donor income is essential to sustaining Greenpeace East Asia's campaigning and operations. When performance indicators change, we need rapid, evidence-based analysis to understand the causes and respond effectively.
We are building an Operations & Business Analytics capability to help us make smarter, faster decisions. As our Business Analyst, you aren't just managing numbers. You will connect performance signals to real-world decisions: What is changing? Why does it matter? What should we do next?
Whether you have spent your career in the NGO sector or are looking to pivot from the commercial world (Fintech, E-commerce, Subscription or CRM), we value your unique perspective. You don't need to be a perfect match on day one. We value curiosity and judgment above all else. You’ll be a great fit if you have:
+ Analytical Curiosity →You don't stop at "what" and you always push for the "why" behind the data.
+ The Ability to Storytell →You enjoy explaining complex insights to non-technical partners in a way that inspires action.
+ A Strategic Lens → You have experience in performance/retention analysis, forecasting, or operational analytics.
+Technical Comfort: You've worked with SQL and a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). If you know Python or R, that's a plus.
Your data skills have the power to protect our environment. At Greenpeace East Asia, you aren't just analyzing numbers and you are navigating the financial resilience that keeps our environmental campaigns moving. Join us to transform analytical excellence into a force for the environment.
