Business Analyst (Cash Loan)
Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst who asks "Why?" and "So what should we do?" Your work goes beyond reporting numbers. You will dig into the loan portfolio, uncover insights, weigh the trade-offs between Growth, Risk and Profitability, and turn your findings into concrete product recommendations.
We hire for thinking, not for CVs. Lending knowledge can be taught; structured thinking and curiosity are much harder to train. You will receive hands-on coaching in credit risk, unit economics and product strategy, working directly with Product, Risk, Finance, Growth and lender partner teams.
