Business Analyst

We are specializing in Azure Cloud, SharePoint, no-code/low-code platforms, and AI-enabled solutions. We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with customers and our delivery team to analyse business needs, design practical solutions, and support successful project implementation from discovery through go-live.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, workflows, and functional requirements.

· Plan and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, interviews, demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.

· Analyse and document business processes, functional requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data requirements.

· Work closely with solution architects, developers, project managers, and vendors to validate solution feasibility and maintain alignment throughout delivery.

· Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools to communicate proposed user experiences and obtain early customer feedback.

· Support solution configuration and implementation activities, including forms, workflows, content structures, permissions, search, dashboards, and AI-assisted features.

· Prepare test scenarios and test cases, coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing, manage defects, and verify that delivered functions meet agreed requirements.

· Prepare project documentation, including business requirement documents, functional specifications, user guides, training materials, meeting notes, and change requests.

· Conduct user training, support deployment and go-live activities, and assist with post-implementation support and continuous improvement.

· Manage requirement changes, clarify scope and priorities, and maintain effective communication among customers, internal teams, contractors, and solution partners.

Requirements

· Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

· At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software implementation, digital transformation, workflow, portal, or enterprise application projects.

· Hands-on experience in requirement elicitation, business process analysis, functional specification, user story creation, and UAT coordination.

· Good understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

· Ability to translate customer requirements into clear, structured, and testable specifications for technical teams.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

· Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional project environment.

· Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online/SharePoint Server, Power Platform, or no-code/low-code platforms are preferrable.

· Exposure to AI projects, such as generative AI, intelligent search, chatbots, document processing, knowledge management, or workflow automation is advantage.
