Summary
Business Analyst in luxury fashion to gather requirements, design dashboards, and support analytics and change management in a hybrid role.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Support project delivery throughout the solution lifecycle.
Dashboard Design & Analytics
- Collaborate with business users to define reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Create dashboard UI/UX wireframes and mock-ups to improve user experience.
- Work with data teams to develop meaningful business insights and reporting solutions.
- Perform data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Plan and facilitate UAT activities.
- Develop test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements.
- Coordinate defect tracking, issue resolution, and validation with stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives before deployment.
Change Management & Training
- Develop user guides, training materials, and communication plans.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
- Support user adoption and business readiness initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
- Proven experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of BRD and FRD documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
- Experience with process mapping and collaboration tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
- Experience in dashboard design, UI/UX concepts, and reporting solutions.
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
