Senior Technical Business Analyst on a major UK public-sector technology programme, hybrid in London or Bristol (~1 day/week onsite), inside IR35 at £640/day. Leads requirements elicitation and BA artefacts, and acts as the link between technical platform teams and senior programme stakeholders.

Requirements:- Strong experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
- Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and definition.
- Experience working across both business and technical domains.
- Strong understanding of dependencies, impacts, risks and opportunities within complex programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience producing detailed BA documentation and artefacts.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear business requirements.
- Experience within large-scale transformation, enterprise technology or public-sector programmes is highly beneficial.
- Active MOD SC clearance is essential.
- Lead the elicitation, analysis and documentation of requirements across complex business and technical areas.
- Identify and assess dependencies, impacts, risks and opportunities across multiple programmes and delivery areas.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and align them with strategic objectives.
- Produce high-quality Business Analysis artefacts, including requirements, process models and impact assessments.
- Act as a key link between technical Platform teams and programme stakeholders.
- Support programme planning, governance and key decision-making.
- Provide senior-level Business Analysis expertise across a complex technology environment.

We are recruiting for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a major public-sector technology programme.
