Analyzes and improves business processes, systems, and workflows by gathering requirements and supporting change initiatives to boost efficiency and performance.
Reporting to the Business Systems Manager as part of the Programmes team, the Business Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business processes, systems and ways of working across Chess. Working closely with stakeholders from engineering, operations and programmes and supporting functions, the role will gather and analyse business requirements, support change initiatives and help deliver solutions that improve efficiency, quality and business performance.
