Business Analyst – Duck Creek Team

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Duck Creek team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and stakeholders to capture requirements, document user stories and business specifications, support testing and UAT, and help drive delivery across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Translate requirements into user stories and business specifications

• Track requirements through the project lifecycle

• Support testing activities, including UAT and business/IT testing

• Work with users to define best practices

• Contribute to planning, design, development, deployment, training, and end-user support

• Ensure change management processes are followed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in structured business analysis

• Knowledge of user stories, business specifications, use cases, functional specifications, workflow diagrams, gap analysis, business case, and ROI analysis

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

• Clear communication and problem-solving ability

• Experience with web technologies

• Fluent in English
