Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will support the 35115-SGP313U01 - PC - Exe Gen Mgmt department by analyzing business processes, generating actionable insights, and producing accurate reports. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the analyst will ensure timely delivery of data‑driven recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic decision‑making.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with process execution and reporting activities.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros.
• Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of insurance industry operations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
