Job Description:

• Responsible for planning, designing, developing and launching efficient business operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.

• Meets with end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals.

• Analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

• Plans and executes quality assurance testing and coordinates user acceptance test activities.

• Facilitating training programs to end users for all modified and new systems.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or any related course.

• Work experience in the same or related position or industry is an advantage

• Modern office procedures, methods, and computer equipment and related spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation applications

• Standard and accepted usage of the English language; communication techniques required for gathering, evaluating and transmitting information and directing group discussions.
