Summary
A senior business analyst role in Singapore: gathering and validating business/operational requirements, mapping user journeys and workflows, and translating needs into user stories, wireframes and prototypes. Works within Agile teams with product managers and tech leads, supporting UAT, governance compliance and continuous improvement of training/evaluation workflows.
Job Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and validate business and operational requirements.
- Conduct user journey mapping, workflow analysis and usability assessments.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
- Lead UI/UX improvements to enhance usability and user adoption.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes and design recommendations where required.
- Manage and prioritise enhancement requests and operational feedback.
- Support user acceptance testing and solution validation activities.
- Collaborate with Product Manager, Tech Lead and development teams on solution delivery.
- Ensure requirements traceability, governance compliance and documentation are maintained.
- Drive continuous improvement of training and evaluation workflows through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Functional Consulting or relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading UX, service design or user experience initiatives.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience conducting user journey studies and workflow optimisation.
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
- Practical experience with wireframing, prototyping and UX design methodologies.
- Experience working with Agile product and engineering teams.
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Working knowledge of enterprise application development lifecycle and system integrations.
- Familiarity with governance, change management and operational sustainment processes
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Eligible to obtain the required security clearance.
Preferred
- Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS), Training Management Systems, Evaluation Systems or HR-related platforms.
- Experience in Government, Defence, Aviation or regulated environments.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PSPO, CSPO, CSM or UX-related certifications.
- Experience using Figma, Miro, FigJam or equivalent design and collaboration tools.
