Professional Solution Analyst (Retail Domain)

What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end business analysis & solutioning across retail programs
  
• Convert business needs into clear, actionable requirements (FRs & NFRs)
  
• Partner with business, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver solutions
  
• Create user stories, process flows (UML/BPMN), and data models
  
• Own backlog grooming, prioritization, and Agile ceremonies
  
• Support testing, UAT, and production issue resolution
  
• Ensure traceability, impact analysis, and value-driven delivery
  

Retail Domain (Must Have – Any One)

Customer & Loyalty | Marketing & Promotions | Finance & Billing | Supply Chain & Inventory | Store Operations / POS
