About the Role

You will be responsible for the provision of direct support for parking/moving violations IT services to several clients. This position is onsite at 260 Franklin Street with some local travel.

Responsibilities

• Providing operational analysis & support of the contracts.
• Providing oversight responsibility for the data entry and mail house subcontractor functions as they relate to these contracts.
• Ensuring all processes are efficient and effective in producing optimum output and meeting contractual compliance.
• Ensuring the daily activities of the data entry and lockbox operations are compliant with quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Attending client meetings to define the resources necessary to provide customer service excellence.
• Analyzing and providing feedback on quantity and quality of work produced by subcontract staff.
• Coordinating the operational, contractual, and public relations aspects for all project activities, including implementations.
• Developing detailed system documentation and provide system training on new initiatives. Assist in Lockbox processing.
• Developing reports using Excel pivot tables and graphing monthly as well as completing weekly/monthly/yearly reports for client.

Requirements

• Able to provide Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years progressively related experience in report writing, building business requirements in a technical environment.
• Able to demonstrate advanced MS Excel skills and intermediate MS Office skills.
• Able to adopt and learn proprietary software skills.
