Business Analyst Consultant

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, and prepare user stories and process documentation.

• Coordinate system enhancements and projects from requirements gathering through UAT, implementation, and deployment.

• Act as the liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and requirements.

• Provide first-level functional support, coordinate issue resolution, and monitor production incidents through closure.

About you

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in credit card management or credit card-related systems/processes.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, functional documentation, and user story creation.

• Experience coordinating UAT, system integration testing, implementation, and production support.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technology teams.
