Business Analyst (Contractor)
Job description
At least 8 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital product, platform, or system‑integration projects.
5+ years of direct experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of banking regulations, processes, and industry practices.
Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (Jira & Confluence required).
Experience working with cross‑functional teams (PO, SA, Dev, QA, UX/UI).
Experience in Core Banking implementation, migration, enhancement, or transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of Deposit Products including CASA, Savings, Current Account, and Fixed Deposit.
Experience with Lending Products covering Retail, SME, and Corporate Lending.
Knowledge of CIF, Interest & Fees Management, and Loan Origination & Servicing.
Understanding of Payments & Settlement processes and banking operations.
Knowledge of IT architecture, application design, and testing.
