What You'll Do
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Support the implementation of Salesforce for Customer Service, including configuration, testing, and user documentation
- Assist in the design and development of custom applications by translating business needs into functional specifications
- Create process flows, user stories, and requirement documents for IT project teams
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and help troubleshoot issues during rollout
- Support data mapping, migration, and validation efforts across systems
- Assist with training materials and end-user support for new tools and systems
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in a business analyst, IT, or related support role (internships welcome)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/business applications a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Schedule
- Hourly / Salary Range: _$32/hour non-exempt_______________
- Monday - Friday, standard business hours
