Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Gather and organize information from internal teams
• Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and business documentation
• Track project requirements, updates, and action items
• Assist with preparing performance reports and presentations
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and other departments
• Document workflows, requirements, and process changes
• Support business projects from planning through implementation

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Able to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Previous business analysis, operations, project support, or related experience is preferred
