Business Analyst – CRM Implementation
Summary
A Business Analyst role (via Dada Consultants) with a technology client specialising in data management and cloud solutions, focused on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation. Day to day: running stakeholder workshops, documenting As-Is/To-Be processes and BRDs, and supporting configuration, data migration, UAT and deployment.
About the Role
Our client is a well-established technology company specialising in data management and cloud solutions, with a strong APAC presence. They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Client Services team, focusing on CRM implementation and enhancement project. The role will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective CRM solutions and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops for CRM projects
- Analyse and document As-Is / To-Be processes, workflows and functional requirements
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, use cases and process flows
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations stakeholders to understand business needs
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for developers and solution architects
- Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, integrations and data migration
- Support UAT, system testing and deployment, ensuring solutions meet business requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support user adoption
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in CRM projects
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and As-Is / To-Be analysis
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Understanding of CRM processes including lead management, opportunities, customer lifecycle and service workflows
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile or hybrid project delivery experience is a plus
