Business Analyst Customer and Asset Services

You will analyze and optimize end-to-end banking processes covering customer setup, account and securities account services, and partner and customer onboarding. You will create business concepts, user stories, process descriptions, and decision documents. You will support projects, releases, tests, operational handovers, regulatory requirements, audits, compliance topics, and the ongoing development of relevant services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end banking processes
• Create business concepts, user stories, process descriptions, and decision documents
• Support the further development of AVD and future Customer and Asset Services
• Work with business units, product owners, developers, test managers, and external service providers
• Support projects, releases, tests, and operational handovers from a business perspective
• Support regulatory requirements, audit topics, and compliance topics
• Create and maintain business documentation and process descriptions

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or business concept development
• Knowledge of customer, account, securities account, securities, or payment transaction processes is preferred
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools
• Understanding of complex business processes and system relationships
• Very good German and good English language skills
