Business Analyst - Customer Engagement

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Engagement Business Analyst with strong expertise in banking transformation and digital customer engagement.

- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking or financial services.

- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and BRD/functional requirement documentation.

- Experience working on large-scale banking transformation or digital transformation programmes.

- Previous experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC banking sector would be an advantage.

- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, Scrum, or similar are desirable.

- Experience in CRM, customer engagement, campaigns, notifications, loyalty, personalisation, or digital banking services.

- Ability to challenge incomplete or unclear requirements and identify gaps and dependencies.

- Work closely with Business, Digital, Product, and Technology teams.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is preferred.

- GCC/Saudi banking experience is an added advantage.
