The Business Analyst will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure successful delivery of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and requirement workshops
- Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and impact analysis
- Support UAT activities including test case validation and sign-off
- Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC
- Track requirement changes and maintain documentation
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, or Confluence
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
