Summary
The Business Analyst will support digital transformation projects by mapping business processes, eliciting requirements, and creating user stories for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e-commerce platforms.
Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

- We require experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- We would consider it highly desirable if you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
- We would consider it highly desirable if you have experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- We would consider it highly desirable if you have experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Optimizely, Magento (Adobe Commerce), BigCommerce or similar.
- We would consider it highly desirable if you have experience with customer portals, payment gateways, CRM integrations, APIs and system integrations, or membership platforms.
- We would consider it highly desirable if you have experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, or BPMN.
- We will ask you to lead business requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders.
- We will ask you to analyse current as-is business processes and design future to-be processes.
- We will ask you to produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process maps, gap analysis, and use cases.
- We will ask you to work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Developers, and Test Teams.
- We will ask you to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- We will ask you to analyse data flows, integrations, and business processes.
- We will ask you to work alongside e-commerce specialists to improve customer journeys and online purchasing experiences.
- We will ask you to support backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- We will ask you to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
- We will ask you to assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- We will ask you to identify risks, dependencies, and business impacts throughout the project lifecycle.

We are hiring for a fixed 18-month Business Analyst contract supporting a major e-commerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation programme. The role is hybrid, with one day per week at our Spalding office, one day per week at client premises in London, and the remaining days remote subject to project requirements.
