Business Analyst / Data Analyst (Junior level / Fresh grad) *Hybrid working

Salary: ฿25,000 – ฿35,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends and insights.

• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize data for internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and marketing teams.

• Provide actionable insights to improve business performance, efficiency, and customer engagement.

• Support pricing, underwriting, and risk assessment by analyzing customer and claim data.

• Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.

• Utilize statistical models and machine learning techniques to enhance decision-making.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all analytics processes.

• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, Business Administration or a related field.

• Fresh graduates with solid internship experience in data analytics or business analysis are encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with Google Suite, Excel advanced, and CRM systems.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to interpret data and generate insights that drive business growth.

• Communication Skills Strong ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable manner.

• Attention to Detail High level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
