Business Analyst - Data

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong data experience to join a key data-focused transformation programme. This is a great opportunity for someone who can bridge the gap between business requirements, data and technology.

The opportunity You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, data teams and technology specialists to understand requirements, map data and support the delivery of practical data solutions.

You’ll be involved in:

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business and data requirements
• Data discovery, mapping and analysis
• Translating business needs into clear functional and data requirements
• Working with Data Engineers, Architects and technical teams
• Supporting data migration, integration and transformation initiatives
• Developing process flows, data flows and supporting documentation
• Identifying data quality issues and helping drive solutions
• Managing stakeholders across business and technology teams

What we’re looking for You’ll ideally have:

• Strong Business Analysis experience within data or technology environments
• Experience working on data projects, data migration, integration or transformation
• Strong understanding of data flows, data structures and data requirements
• Experience with SQL and/or data analysis tools
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear business requirements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Experience with Databricks, Azure, Power BI, data warehousing, data modelling or dbt would be advantageous.
