Position Overview
Blend360 is seeking a Business Analyst to support the continued launch, performance
measurement, and optimization of a co-branded debit card product.

The Business Analyst will work directly with product management and cross-functional stakeholders
to analyze payment transaction data, develop reporting tools and performance metrics, identify
product performance gaps, and recommend strategies that improve customer acquisition,
activation, engagement, retention, and card usage.


This position requires a hands-on product analyst with strong card and payments experience. It is
not primarily a requirements-gathering, project coordination, or documentation-focused Business
Analyst role.


Responsibilities
• Analyze debit card payment transaction data to identify performance trends, customer
behaviors, product issues, and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and analytical infrastructure used to
monitor debit card performance.
• Define KPIs and success metrics across customer acquisition, activation, engagement,
retention, transaction frequency, and card usage.
• Use SQL to extract, combine, validate, and analyze complex transactional and customer
data.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business stories and actionable product
recommendations.
• Identify performance gaps and estimate the potential business impact of proposed
improvements.
• Recommend and prioritize strategies that increase debit card adoption, engagement, and
usage.
• Support the development and execution of the debit card product enhancement roadmap.
• Present findings, recommendations, and performance updates to product leaders and
business stakeholders.
• Partner with product, marketing, sales, operations, analytics, and issuer stakeholders.
• Monitor debit card industry trends, competitor activity, regulations, emerging payment
technologies, and consumer behavior.
• Contribute card and payments industry knowledge to product innovation and
differentiation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have recent, hands-on professional experience with each of the following:
• 3+ years of card and payments industry experience.
• 3+ years of debit card product experience.
• 3+ years of financial product and performance analysis.
• 3+ years of payment transaction data analysis.
• 3+ years of advanced SQL experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau or Power BI experience.
• 3+ years of KPI development and performance measurement.
• 3+ years of analytical storytelling and business recommendation development.
• Experience analyzing acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and product usage.
• Experience turning complex data into clear findings, business implications, and
recommended actions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite four days per week near Dallas Love Field.


Preferred Qualifications
• Python experience.
• Experience supporting a co-branded card product.
• Experience working directly with card issuers, payment networks, or financial institution

This role requires a hybrid schedule of 4 days per week on-site near Dallas Lovefield Airport.

This role pays between $45 - $50 per hour depending on experience and interview performance.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship, visa transfers, or C2C arrangements.
