Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, elicit user stories, and create use cases for IT projects.
  
• Develop data models using tools like Erwin or Power BI to analyze complex business problems.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes.
  
• Provide analytics insights through reports and dashboards to drive business decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field (IT industry).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis principles, including requirement gathering, elicitation, documentation, validation, verification, testing, and maintenance.
  
• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI for data modeling and analysis.
