Business Analyst

You will analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights and extract data using SQL. You will build and maintain dashboards and reports with Tableau, perform statistical analyses and develop predictive models using R or Python, identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Strong experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports
• Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced preferred)
• Analytical skills and critical thinking
• Effective communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude
