Job Title: Business Analyst on W2 only

Location: Omaha, Nebraska (onsite)

Duration:12+ Months Contract with Possible Extension

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.

• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending effective solutions.

• Ability to prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process workflows.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
