At DHL Supply Chain, we are looking for a Business Analyst, Value Creation & Supply Chain Optimization to support our LLP operations and strategic customer partnerships. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence business performance, identify improvement opportunities, and help shape supply chain strategies through data-driven insights.

You will work closely with Operations, Transportation, Warehousing, Procurement, Finance, and Customer teams to deliver measurable value, improve service performance, and strengthen operational excellence across the end-to-end supply chain.

Your Impact as a Business Analyst

Drive Performance Analytics & Business Insights

• Develop and maintain operational performance dashboards and KPI reports

• Analyze transportation, warehousing, inventory, and supply chain performance metrics

• Identify trends, operational gaps, risks, and opportunities for business improvement

• Provide actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational reporting and business data

Lead Value Creation Initiatives

• Identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity improvement, and service enhancement

• Conduct financial analysis, ROI assessments, and business case development

• Support implementation of optimization projects across warehousing and transport operations

• Track realized savings and benefits from continuous improvement initiatives

• Partner with stakeholders to drive operational excellence and efficiency improvements

Support Supply Chain Optimization Projects

• Participate in network optimization, transportation efficiency, and inventory improvement projects

• Analyze operational processes and recommend process standardization opportunities

• Support digitalization and automation initiatives across supply chain operations

• Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities

Strengthen Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage with Operations, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Customer stakeholders

• Present analytical findings and improvement recommendations clearly and effectively

• Support customer reviews and business performance meetings through meaningful insights

• Build collaborative relationships that drive sustainable business improvements

Maintain Data Governance & Reporting Excellence

• Ensure data quality and consistency across operational systems and reports

• Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies and data integrity issues

• Develop standardized reporting templates and analytical tools

• Promote best practices in data management and business analytics

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly analytical professional with strong business acumen and a passion for supply chain optimization.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline

• Minimum 4 years of experience in:

  1. Business Analytics

  2. Supply Chain Analytics

  3. Logistics Engineering

  4. Continuous Improvement

  5. Operational Excellence

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience developing performance dashboards and management reports

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar Business Intelligence tools

• Lean Six Sigma certification or Continuous Improvement experience

• Exposure to Contract Logistics, LLP, 3PL, Warehousing, Transportation, or Supply Chain Operations

• Experience supporting operational transformation or optimization projects
