Business Analyst Digital Transformation
Summary
Owns and refines the digital transformation roadmap, tracks value realization, and enables executives with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
• Roadmap ownership. Maintain and refine the enterprise digital transformation roadmap, keeping it aligned with directions and stack priorities.
• Business case facilitation. Facilitate business cases and value hypotheses together with Business Stack Owners, DT teams and strategic partners.
• Value & portfolio tracking. Track OKRs, value realisation, adoption, budget and resource inputs, and identify duplication risks across stacks.
• Technology scanning. Scan emerging technology and best practices, and translate them into practical, prioritised opportunities
• Executive enablement. Prepare steering forum materials, dashboards, options papers and follow-through actions for business-technology management.
Requirements & Competencies
• Business Analyst profile with 3–5 years’ experience in digital transformation environment.
• Good understanding of business processes, IT delivery models, infrastructure and data ecosystems.
• Able to translate technology constraints into clear, business-centric recommendations for senior management.
• Structured, user-centric problem solver with strong data analysis, benefits tracking and dashboarding capability.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Background in finance or business analytics preferred; change-management experience an added advantage.
