Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our HRMS processes, including onboarding, organizational changes, leave management, and attendance tracking. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to our clients, both in India and the Philippines, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of HRMS processes to identify areas of improvement and streamline operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of onboarding, org changes, leave, and attendance management systems.
  • Provide timely and accurate support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns related to HRMS.
  • Collaborate with the EXM | Payroll Operations team to ensure seamless integration of HRMS with payroll processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in HRMS and payroll management.
  • Document and maintain clear and concise records of HRMS processes and client interactions.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on HRMS procedures and client support best practices.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and prioritize HRMS feature enhancements.
  • Ensure data security and privacy compliance in all HRMS-related activities.
  • Act as a liaison between the Delivery & Practices team and clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the HRMS domain.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and tools, with a working knowledge of payroll systems.
  • Experience in project management and process optimization methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to HRMS and payroll.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
