Business Analyst
Summary
Business Analyst gathers client needs for eCommerce projects, writes requirements, and bridges gaps between business and technical teams.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and work on international eCommerce projects.
You will work closely with clients, product stakeholders, designers, and development teams to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the delivery of effective eCommerce solutions.
📍 Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Experience working with eCommerce projects or products
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Experience creating user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Understanding of business process analysis and process mapping
- Experience working directly with clients and multiple stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
✌️ Nice to have
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce / Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar
- Experience with pre-sales activities

- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to identify business needs and project requirements
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze and document existing and future business processes
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, project managers, and other team members
- Clarify requirements throughout the development lifecycle
