Business Analyst
Summary
A Business Analyst who bridges business needs and technical solutions across the project lifecycle: translating business goals into functional specifications, supporting market rollout, facilitating UAT and system configuration, producing documentation, and performing manual QA testing with developers.
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong business-oriented mindset and a practical interest in manual QA. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving the project lifecycle from initial design and market activation to user validation, documentation, and quality assurance.
Main Responsibilities
Business Design: Translate strategic business goals into clear, executable functional specifications and process designs.
Market Activation: Support the successful rollout and adoption of products and solutions across target markets.
User Validation & Configuration: Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), gather user feedback, and manage system configuration requirements.
Documentation Production: Create, maintain, and deliver comprehensive functional documentation, user guides, and process maps.
Quality Assurance: Perform manual QA testing, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure the final product meets business standards.
Key Requirements
Proven background in Business Design, Market Activation, User Validation & Configuration, and Documentation Production.
Strong business-oriented mindset with a focus on value delivery and process optimization.
Solid skills and a genuine interest in manual QA and functional testing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management tools like JIRA/Confluence.
