- Gathering and documenting business and system requirements
- Facilitating stakeholder discussions and workshops
- Managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Creating and maintaining Jira stories and backlog items
- Supporting testing and acceptance activities
- Working closely with technical teams to deliver successful project outcomes
- Contributing to product improvements and future capability planning
- Experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams
- Requirements gathering and documentation experience
- Jira experience or similar Agile tools
- Current NV1/ Baseline Security Clearance (essential)
- Interesting and meaningful work within a Defence environment
- Small, collaborative team where your input is valued
