Business Analyst
Summary
Remote Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst supporting Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) design, development, and implementation projects. Day to day: tracking and routing project deliverables, coordinating reviews and approvals across vendors, SMEs, and PMO stakeholders, and supporting change and release management through the SDLC.
This is a remote position.
Endurance IT Services is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support multiple Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) projects and ongoing Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) initiatives.
This is not an administrative role. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT project coordination, change management, deliverable tracking, release management, and SDLC processes. This individual will serve as a central point of contact for managing, tracking, processing, and coordinating project deliverables across vendors, project teams, SMEs, and PMO stakeholders.

- Support multiple DDI projects within the Change Management Office.
- Process, track, and manage project deliverables, requests, design documents, test plans, work plans, and change requests.
- Coordinate deliverable reviews, approvals, and rejections among vendors, SMEs, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain project repositories, documentation, version control, and tracking logs.
- Ensure project documentation is properly stored, organized, and versioned.
- Monitor deliverables through the full lifecycle and ensure timely routing for review and approval.
- Work directly with MES vendors and project teams to support ongoing operations and maintenance requests.
- Generate status reports, dashboards, and project metrics.
- Collaborate with PMO teams, Information Management teams, SMEs, and vendors.
- Support change management and release management activities.
- Participate in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Serve as a key liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, and the Change Management Office.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in an IT environment.
- 5+ years of experience with Change Management and Release Management processes.
- 5+ years of experience supporting projects through the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 5+ years of experience with deliverable tracking, workflow management, reporting, and process control.
- Experience processing and managing project requests, documentation, and work orders.
- Strong understanding of common IT project deliverables including:
- Design Documents
- Test Plans
- Work Plans
- Project Documentation
- Release Documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Healthcare or Medicaid industry experience.
- Experience working with state government agencies.
- Experience supporting large-scale system modernization or enterprise application projects.
- Familiarity with document management, version control, and governance processes.
