Business Analyst – Enterprise Application Projects

Summary: The Business Analyst (BA) serves as a critical liaison between clients and the development team, focusing on gathering requirements, documenting functional needs, and ensuring project deliveries meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Review legacy applications and develop functional specifications for re-platforming.
• Translate business needs into Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements.
• Prepare, review, and validate test cases to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback to clients.
• Maintain detailed functional and process documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide project status updates and act as the primary liaison between users and the technical team.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software application development.
• Proactive, self-driven, with ability to work independently and manage timelines.
