Business Analyst - Enterprise Digital Projects | Up to 50K

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and enhancement of technology initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing operational support.

• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, define solutions, and coordinate project activities.

• Facilitate system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Assist in business and system analysis, process improvement, and solution evaluation for new initiatives and enhancement projects.

• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.

• Coordinate with vendors on deliverables, issue resolution, service quality, and project milestones.

• Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting materials, and management updates.

• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, System Implementation, Application Support, or Technology Delivery.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.

• Exposure to system implementation, system integration, testing, vendor management, and production support.

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery methodologies.

• Technical exposure to application development, databases, APIs, SQL, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, or related technologies is an advantage.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting enterprise applications, security platforms, or operational technology projects.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure environments.

• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CBAP, ScrumMaster, or related disciplines are an advantage.
