Business Analyst – Enterprise Software

A Business Analyst role in Singapore with a global enterprise software company's Customer Success team, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Day to day involves requirements gathering, producing BRDs and process maps, supporting project delivery and testing — centered on business analysis and documentation skills rather than hands-on coding.
About the Role
Our client is a global enterprise software company specialising in cloud management, data governance and collaboration solutions. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join their Customer Success team, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role focuses on translating business needs into clear requirements and supporting the delivery of effective software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis, producing BRDs, use cases and functional/interface specifications
- Develop As-Is / To-Be process maps and document business workflows
- Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly requirements
- Work with internal teams and clients to identify information needs and define functional requirements
- Collaborate with developers and SMEs to evaluate solutions, usability and system performance
- Support project scope, planning, milestones and delivery tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and methodologies
- Participate in system testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline; equivalent experience considered
- Proven experience in Business Analysis and business process analysis
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and functional documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- SharePoint or CRM platform experience is a plus
- Understanding of web-based/client-server architectures is a plus
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members is a plus
