Business Analyst - ERP and Business Systems

The Bridge Direct (HK) Ltd. is a fast-growing trading company involved in the design, development, and distribution of licensed kids’ consumer products, with offices in Hong Kong and the US. We are looking for a high-caliber candidate to join us in the following position:

Business Analyst – ERP and Business Systems

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner of ERP business applications

• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide timely support to business users

• Maintain master data integrity and consistency

• Support Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes

• Prepare reports and perform data analysis to support business operations

• Assist in ERP testing, enhancements, upgrades, and documentation

• Support business process improvement initiatives

• Communicate and coordinate with local and remote teams

• Provide occasional IT support when required

Requirements

• Must have hands-on working experience in the trading, sourcing, or toy industry, with a strong understanding of trading and sourcing business processes

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Must possess hands-on experience supporting and improving ERP-related business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Master Data Management

• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One is highly preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, VBA, and Power Query. Knowledge of SQL, MS Access, or Python is an advantage

• Exposure to data analysis is preferred

• Experience working with remote teams across different time zones is required

• Educational background in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory
