Business Analyst
Summary
Business analyst at Eugene Group in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong: gathers requirements from internal departments, documents processes and acceptance criteria, coordinates system improvements with teams and vendors, supports UAT and rollouts, and builds small internal apps for workflow automation and data analysis. ERP, SQL and AI tool exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Meet with internal departments to understand their workflows, problems and requirements.
Document current and proposed processes, user requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria in clear, practical language.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on system improvements.
Develop small internal apps or tools for workflow automation and data analysis, with support from the team.
Prepare test cases, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and follow up on issues.
Assist with user guides, training and system rollout.
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Curious about how businesses operate and able to turn user needs into clear, organised requirements.
Good communication, problem-solving and attention to detail.
Willing to learn AI, new tools and technologies.
Good spoken Cantonese and written Chinese and English.
Experience with ecommerce, ERP, SQL or AI tools is an advantage, not a requirement.
Familiarity with Claude Code, Codex or Grok Bots is a bonus.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
