This is a fixed-term opportunity created by an internal move and would suit an intermediate Business Analyst who enjoys getting into the detail while building productive relationships across a varied stakeholder group.
Why this role matters: You’ll play an important role supporting systems and platforms, undertaking deep-dive analysis to understand business needs, identify issues and help shape practical solutions.
Sitting on the customer side, you’ll work across internal teams and an external vendor, providing the analysis and stakeholder connection needed to keep initiatives moving forward.
What you’ll lead & influence: - Undertake detailed Business Analysis across systems and platforms
- Understand business needs, processes, issues and requirements
- Engage with stakeholders across different areas of the organisation
- Work closely with an external vendor to support effective delivery
- Help navigate competing priorities and challenging conversations
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and outcomes
- Build strong working relationships between business and technology stakeholders
You’ll be an intermediate-level Business Analyst who is comfortable operating in a systems or platform-focused environment.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Solid Business Analysis experience within systems, technology or platform environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience working with vendors or external delivery partners
- The ability to undertake detailed analysis and get to the heart of an issue
- Confidence working across multiple stakeholder groups
- Resilience and the ability to navigate challenging conversations constructively
- A pragmatic, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
No specific industry or domain experience is required. Your BA capability, systems experience and ability to work effectively with people are more important.
