Business Analyst- Expert
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirements of workshops.
- Document current and future-state business processes.
- Perform data analysis and support business case development.
- Develop and manage test plans, test execution, and UAT activities.
- Support system implementation and go-live activities.
- Assist with change management, communications, and training initiatives.
- Provide PMO support, including status reporting, work plan updates, and project administration.
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong experience with requirements management and process documentation.
- Experience supporting large-scale system implementations.
- Knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and UAT.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project reporting and PMO activities.
