Activities include administrative support, ancillary support, business resilience and shared services, and more. The Business Process area is responsible for interlinked activities and tasks which are specific to organizational goals such as services or a product. The Business Processes / Improvement focus specializes in designing, defining and implementing a systematic approach to optimize processes to achieve more efficient results. Job Skills Develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required.
