Business Analyst
Summary
Business Analyst on a mission-critical defense/intelligence program: facilitates requirements-gathering sessions and user interviews, analyzes business processes for AI-driven solutions, and writes testable user stories with acceptance criteria alongside Scrum Masters and dev teams. Requires an active Top Secret clearance and willingness to obtain a polygraph.
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a mission-critical enterprise and to faciliate requirements gathering sessions, conduct user interviews, and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams during sprint planning.
- You will write clear, testable, user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Participate in backlog refinement to validate user story completion and ensure deliverables meet stakeholders expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Must posses an active Top Secret Clearance
- Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience
- An expert with documentation skills to produce functional expectations.
- Versed at creating use cases and requirements traceability metrics.
