We are currently searching for a Business Analyst Fiduciary:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Analyze and map computer systems and fiduciary applications to meet business objectives.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements by applying best practices to create user stories.
- Guide software design and development teams using the INVETS methodology.
- Implement software design methodologies where automation testing is written before code is developed, strictly following the iterative cycle of Red, Green, Refactor.
- Ensure all fiduciary applications and processes strictly adhere to regulatory requirements in Mexico.
- Develop, review, and maintain fiduciary, accounting, and trust fund reports.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- 7+ years of professional experience in Fiduciary practices.
- Proven knowledge of computer systems and previous participation in fiduciary application projects.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in Mexico regarding financial and trust operations.
- Extensive knowledge of trust funds, fiduciary processes, accounting, and fiduciary reports.
- Strong expertise in best practices for creating user stories.
- Hands-on experience with the INVETS methodology.
- Expertise in software design methodologies utilizing Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles (writing automation testing before code) and the Red-Green-Refactor iterative cycle.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
