Business Analyst (Finance Shared Service ) | Welspun GCC | Ahmedabad

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support Business Excellence, Transformation & Automation through business analysis, technical documentation, and PMO support. The role involves gathering requirements, preparing BRDs/TRDs, process maps and SOPs, and coordinating with business stakeholders and IT teams to support automation projects.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Finance & Accounting processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Hands-on expertise in business analysis and BRD, FRD, TRD, SRS, FDS and SOP documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio/Draw.io and project tracking tools.
• Exposure to RPA, Macros, Power Automate or SAP is preferred.
• Experience supporting IT teams with functional specifications for automation projects.
