Business Analyst – Financial Institution | Hong Kong

We're currently hiring a Business Analyst to join the IT team of a leading financial institution in Hong Kong.
The role focuses on technical/business analysis, digital client platform development, and working closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into clear system requirements.
- Work closely with developers, business users and other IT teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support the development and enhancement of digital/client-facing platforms and portals.
- Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for system and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate UAT, testing, issue resolution and production rollout.
- Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Analyse data and support data administration/document governance initiatives.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA.
- Experience in financial services / financial institutions is preferred.
- Strong experience in software development projects and working with technical teams.
- Solid requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital platforms, client portals or web/mobile applications is highly preferred.
- Fluent Mandarin is required.
- Equity Research / Equities experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
