The Team:
We are seeking an exceptional Business Analyst to join our Forecasting and Business Transformation Department. The role will conduct in-depth market intelligence research within the automotive sector, critically analyze market requirements, and support prototype development with innovative insights.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Market Research
Conduct comprehensive market intelligence analysis in the automotive market
Perform competitive landscape assessments
Create compelling data visualization and presentation materials
Market Requirements Analysis
Identify and evaluate potential market opportunities
Develop comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives
Validate market fit and potential commercial viability
Product Development Support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product concepts
Develop preliminary product prototypes and proof-of-concept models
Collect customer feedback of prototypes
Requirements:
3-5 years of product planning experience in the automotive industry or automotive strategy consulting firms
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Quick learner with adaptability to broad research coverage and rapidly changing business environments
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and data process tools (Excel, Python)
Fluent English (working language), fluent Japanese (preferred)
Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or related field
