Business Analyst Freelance

What you'll do:

Business & Service Performance

· Support daily and weekly performance reports

· Help spot trends and areas for improvement

· Turn data into simple business insights

· Support the team in improving service and operations

Commercial Support

· Help identify services for promotions

· Track campaign performance

· Turn data into simple insights

Business Support

· Support the Kindy Cloud team on operational excellence initiatives

· Assist with ad hoc business projects

· Help improve processes and day-to-day operations

Who We're Looking For:

· Final-year student or fresh graduate (prior internship experience is a plus)

· Comfortable working with Google Sheets / Excel (basic formulas required) in a timely manner

· Detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven

· Proactive learner with strong curiosity about how businesses operate

· Interested in business, operations, or analytics

· Comfortable working in a non-corporate / startup environment
