Business Analyst (Fresh grad. also welcome)

you will play a crucial role in the entire website lifecycle. From shaping user experiences and managing content to rigorous testing and data-driven optimization, you will help ensure our websites deliver a seamless, high-quality, and engaging experience for our customers. 1. Website Content & Experience Management

• Manage and update content on our websites using our Content Management System (CMS), ensuring all pages are accurate, engaging, and perfectly aligned with brand guidelines.

• Perform content updates, including basic copywriting and image editing, to maintain a fresh and relevant user experience.

2. Performance Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), transforming raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders.

• Support the enhancement of user experience and conversion rates by assisting with A/B testing and other optimization methodologies.

3. Business Analysis & Project Support

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for our development teams.

• Support the product owner in maintaining and prioritizing the website initiative backlog to ensure we're always working on what matters most.

3. Quality Assurance & Testing

• Lead the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), meticulously tracking defects and collaborating with IT to ensure successful resolutions and bug-free releases.

• Conduct Build Verification Testing (BVT) for production releases across multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems to guarantee a flawless user experience post-launch.

4. Governance, Compliance & Support

• Champion web best practices, ensuring all initiatives adhere to standards for accessibility, responsive design, SEO/GEO, and page performance.

• Uphold data privacy and regulatory compliance by ensuring all content and features have the necessary approvals.

• Act as a key point of contact for website incident response, coordinating with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all website activities, including test plans, release notes, and standard operating procedures.
